Ultrasound of the kidneys, ureters and bladder (KUB), commonly asked for in suspected renal calculi and urinary symptoms. Includes post-void residual urine volume.

RIGHT KIDNEY : Measures __ x __ cm. Normal in size, position and echotexture. Corticomedullary differentiation is maintained. No calculus or hydronephrosis.
LEFT KIDNEY : Measures __ x __ cm. Normal in size, position and echotexture. Corticomedullary differentiation is maintained. No calculus or hydronephrosis.
URETERS : Not dilated.
URINARY BLADDER : Well distended. Wall thickness is normal. No calculus or mass seen.
PROSTATE : Normal in size (volume __ cc) and echotexture.
POST-VOID RESIDUE : __ ml (insignificant).
IMPRESSION : No significant abnormality detected.
